About Trauma Journeys

A safe, confidential, community-based support space for healing and growth.

Trauma Journeys is designed for anyone who has experienced life-altering trauma and is seeking a path toward reconciliation and peace. We welcome those at any stage of their journey, providing a gentle environment where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

Our community thrives on the power of connection. Through the sharing of stories, open discussions, and collective learning, we find strength in one another. Here, your voice matters, and your silence is respected as we learn to navigate the complexities of healing together.

Note: Trauma Journeys is a support community, not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or national crisis lines immediately.

Community guidelines

To keep everyone safe and respected, we ask that you follow these gentle rules for participating in our shared journey.

Be kind and non-judgmental: Honor every person's unique experience and perspective with compassion.

Share safely: Only share details that feel safe for you. You are never obligated to disclose more than you wish.

Avoid graphic details: To prevent triggering others, please omit explicit descriptions of traumatic events.

Respect confidentiality: What is shared in our space stays in our space. Honor the privacy of fellow members.

Zero tolerance for hate: Harassment, discrimination, or unkind behavior toward anyone will result in removal from the community.

Peer support only: This space is for community sharing. We are peers, not professional therapists or medical experts.

If you encounter a post or interaction that violates these guidelines or makes you uncomfortable, please report it to our moderators immediately at hello@traumajourneys.org.

Ways to participate

There is no one right way to be here. We invite you to engage with our community in the way that feels most safe and supportive for you.
